Paris Saint-Germain forward Julian Draxler showed Arsenal what they could have had after a brilliantly taken goal on his debut for the French club.
The German completed a £30million move to Unai Emery’s side earlier this month after demanding to leave Wolfsburg.
Arsenal came close to signing Draxler in 2014 and the Gunners were again interested in the former Schalke attacker when it became apparent that he would leave Wolfsburg.
Draxler said he was considering interest from Arsenal before joining PSG and he showed Arsene Wenger’s side what they’re missing with a wonderful goal on his debut against Bastia.
The German recieved a through ball from former Newcastle ace Hatem Ben Arfa and skipped away from a defender before clipping a wonderful lob over the goalkeeper.
